TIM CROUCH

  • From Batesville, Arkansas
  • He began playing fiddle and mandolin at the age of 7. Tim grew up playing in a bluegrass trio with his dad and brother, Fred and Dennis. Their many competition victories include the Arkansas State Fiddlers Championship (five times) and the National Championship (twice).
  • At age 19, he joined Jim and Jesse and the Virginia Boys.
  • As a studio musician, he has appeared on recordings by Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks, Kenny Chesney, Marty Raybon, Dolly Parton, Billy Bob Thornton, Tanya Tucker, Ricky Skaggs, Dierks Bentley, Alison Krauss, Charlie Pride, and many others.
  • 2017, released self titled album (Englehart Music).
  • 2024, released album Songs of America (True Lonesome).
